These platform privacy configurations function independently alongside statutory legal privacy rights provided by regional legislation.

Milynx supports distinct account tiers: Social Users and Content Creator Users. The nature and scope of information displayed or processed varies depending upon account category, privacy configurations, follower relationships, subscription memberships, and business tools.

Users maintain ultimate autonomy over the media, textual statements, and commercial details they voluntarily share through public feeds and creator hubs.

Verified businesses and advertiser brands may access aggregate campaign performance reports and anonymized engagement analytics made available through authorized Milynx business dashboards.

Access to commercial analytics does not grant businesses or brands unrestricted access to private user profiles, unencrypted messages, or non-public account information. Private content remains protected under platform access rules.
