Verification procedures may require government-issued photo identification, date of birth verification, biometric liveness selfies, or official corporate registration records.

Where identification credentials are uploaded directly to independent third-party verification providers, those providers maintain direct legal responsibility for securing data within their certified server infrastructure.

Milynx minimizes direct internal storage of raw identity documents and selects verification partners maintaining SOC2, ISO 27001, and banking-grade security standards.

Information maintained within Milynx KYC administration environment is safeguarded by AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.

Access to verification data is restricted strictly to authorized compliance officers on a need-to-know basis. Milynx avoids storing unneeded identity photos once verified status has been confirmed by our verification provider.

Milynx is strictly an 18+ adult platform. Individuals under eighteen (18) years of age are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, accessing content, or participating in platform services.

Milynx employs proactive age verification to enforce this restriction, protect platform integrity, and comply with adult-content regulations. There is no parental consent exception allowing an individual under 18 to establish a Milynx account.
